The specific objectives of the project are: · Creating an active international community for the Let’s Sing! Project. · Supporting the young generation of singers · Supporting the young generation of female artists through workshops, lectures and seminars, where female guests and speakers were seen as role models · Support the young generation in the search for their identity in a given socio-cultural and regional environment (city, region, Euroregion) · Increase the quality of the work of the institutions involved and deepen their international and interdisciplinary cooperation, respond to common needs and priorities and enable development and change for the better · Support the development, transfer and implementation of innovative practices and outputs into the common practice of organisations · Identify, study and document the training methodologies and teaching practices used in the professional training activities carried out by the project partners in connection with the specificities linked to the different repertoires and national opera

We created various areas of activities that took place over a period of 24 months in three European countries: The Czech Republic, Italy and Bulgaria and online. The project consists of 4 workshops, 4 project outputs, an International competition for young singers, 4 multiplier events and 2 transnational project meetings.

The concrete outputs are: App - is a virtual space connecting people passionate about opera music with a vision to revitalise and refresh the scene. It is an overflowing stage of work opportunities and a worldwide community looking at artistic presentation. An opera community where young talents and professionals meet to inspire, help each other, and have fun together. Workshops - learning is a lifelong process. Let’s Sing offers workshops where professionals and talent share experiences. In addition, exclusive personalities from the opera world lead their master classes in actual and musical training, vocal and repertoire coaching, self-marketing, and career management. Portfolios - how to make yourself irresistible? Let's Sing also offers as an extra the creation of a professional presentation, a singer's portfolio. Everything young singers ever need for their career. Artistically and technically outstanding photos, videos, interviews etc., are accessible online simply via a link or downloadable and printable in PDF. In a format used in the opera industry by professional singers and their agents to demonstrate a singer's look, type of character, versatility, and abilities. Ebook - is a methodology of forming young talents, based on research and aims to streamline the transition of graduates of conservatories in the fields of classical singing into practice and thus significantly increase their employment in the labour market. Research - is completed with a survey of training professionals: school leaders, music teachers, academics, and education professionals across the EU. Through a specially designed questionnaire, participants were asked to provide their previous experience, their results, expectations, and requirements.
