Additionally, two video conferences, Green Workout I and II, was conducted to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and discuss experiences related to green workouts. The conference was attended by young people from Europe and Turkey, ensuring unrestricted access to education and allowing participants to tailor their contributions based on individual needs and interests. Speakers included young individuals who participated in the LTTA. To complement these activities, a series of e-learning courses titled "Youth Want to Workout Green" were developed. The target group gained access to high-quality educational materials through popular online platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring widespread and attractive dissemination. Throughout the project, educational materials were crafted into an online methodological manual for coaches. This manual aims to enhance coaches' capabilities in working with sports youth, providing methods to motivate the target group to independently explore ecological sports fitness activities. It will also guide them in acquiring the right techniques and knowledge for implementing healthy lifestyles. Outlined below are partial results presented as a summary of the created materials: a) A structured collection of free online educational materials primarily focused on ecological sports. b) A methodological guide for coaches reflecting the potential of young people in adopting an ecological approach to sports activities and supporting social inclusion. c) Recommendations for European and Turkish non-profit organizations involved in sports. These recommendations will be continuously developed by a team of experts, including professionals, sports practitioners, and young athletes.
