Extensive research has been done on adaptive learning software, which has led to the selection of a learning platform. This learning platform was tested in the following areas: - Further education in the field of health professions - Learning in an institution for the care of disabled people - Further education in the field of crafts - Operational procedures in a security service provider Experience reports were produced, which in turn formed the basis for the action guide. The action guide is intended for use by small and medium-sized adult education institutions. The guide should help to make a suitable decision on adaptive learning, to compare different application areas and to get suggestions for an efficient implementation. The guide will be disseminated via the ERASMUS+ project results platform and via the EPALE platform.
