With the help of this project, we wanted to equip different people in different occupational groups, life situations and interests with digital skills and make them more relevant again for both employers and the labor market or prepare them for the increasingly digital world of the future. For this project, we equipped people working in a system-relevant occupational group with new digital skills, among others. These included teachers, trainers, (geriatric) nurses, administrative staff, and also private individuals who were interested in further training in the area of digital skills for the future.

In our project, we have provided further training for over 35 people with digital skills. They have now become relevant again both for their current employer and for the job market, or have learned new digital skills for their private lives. After consulting with the participants, we were told that this project has made it easier to access and use digital tools and that some prejudices have been discarded. In the project itself, we developed different handouts together with the participants. In total we developed 4 different handouts with 4 different groups. 1 handout with trainers on the topic "Use of digital media in studies, clubs or schools". 1 handout with teachers on the topic "Use of digital devices in the classroom". 1 handout with nurses on the topic of "Nursing of the future and soft skills 1 handout with office workers and private persons on the subject of "Operating and using a computer
