โ–ถObjectives

A model capable of pursuing the following operational objectives: - Identify, in the sectors of environmental sustainability, inclusion, diversity and the digital dimension, new areas of business adaptation to social, cultural and economic changes and to the demand for new services in our society. - Identify transferable pathways in the three countries with best practices in the areas indicated above to support the development of specific professional skills. - Develop a sustainable partnership within which specific social impacts and SW skills are codified. - Support consultants, trainers and partner staff to acquire new skills and develop a new coaching and professional training model. - Support young entrepreneurs of social start-ups in defining their business models focused on social impact and sustainability. - Accompany SMEs in the development and implementation of strategic changes based on the principles of the social market economy and achieve an impact that opens new market opportunities.

โ–ถActivities

A1) Review of the definition of social entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship: Compare the development of social entrepreneurship in the three countries involved in the project, with the aim of capturing the impact of social entrepreneurship in the areas of environmental sustainability and digitalisation. A2) Networking social enterprises as innovative and modern professional training centres: By engaging with networks of social entrepreneurs and grasping the development of social entrepreneurship in the sectors, in particular, of environmental sustainability and digitalisation. A3) Consulting and training on social impact: Build a social impact consultancy model through identified best practices and comparison with networks of social entrepreneurs, emphasizing, in particular, the improvement in performance linked to the impact on the common good it creates. Each of these activities was composed of the following modules: 1) local and web-based search, 2) three virtual web meetings 3) three transnational meetings: DE, IT and SK 4) documentation and dissemination work; 5) project management to ensure the substance of the results.

โ–ถImpact

1) In-depth analysis of the world of the social economy as a driver of innovation, in particular in the sectors of climate change, inclusion and diversity and the digital dimension in the three countries; 2) Comparison with the networks of vocational training organizations in the three countries allowed the three partners, through research, exchange and sharing, to become aware of best practices in innovative VET capable of contributing to reducing youth unemployment and the marginalization of disadvantaged youth; 3) The three Partners have identified new ways to increase the flexibility of opportunities in the professional training of their organization and aimed at implementing new consultancy and training programs on social impact for stakeholders in the social economy. They also increased: * a holistic understanding of social challenges, the need for social innovation and the potential of responsible and sustainable entrepreneurship; * the ability to take initiative and learn to seize opportunities to prevent and reduce social and economic exclusion, especially among disadvantaged young people.
