The project aimed to collect good practice examples through exchange with other European actors in the field of supporting disadvantaged trainees. These should make it possible to create a concept for a measure that enables disadvantaged young people in vocational training to use the benefits of an intercultural exchange for themselves and their own development. Special emphasis should be placed on the combined acquisition of basic vocational knowledge and soft skills. A guideline should be created that should enable anyone interested in vocational education and training to develop and implement their own European mobility for disadvantaged young people on the basis of our experiences. The guideline should be tested and evaluated in an implemented pupil mobility and the results should be published and made accessible to everyone who is interested. It was particularly important to us that the project could be transferred to other areas of education and that it could be multiplied, which is why a lot of emphasis was placed on dissemination.

In a total of five transnational meetings, there was an intensive exchange about the already existing experiences with the support of disadvantaged trainees, virtual forms of learning, teamwork and the acquisition of soft skills through joint work on a practical project and through socio-pedagogical support and supervision. A new technical project was developed as a vehicle for communication in the international teams, which was adapted to the possibilities of the participating vocational schools. In this context, a weather station was built for the schools in Chioggia and Clichy and an app was created with which the data from the weather stations can be accessed. The developed contents were tested with an Italian and a French group of pupils. In two face-to-face meetings in Chioggia and Clichy, the technical aspects of the project and the promotion of soft skills were implemented. Communication and team-building activities were carried out in the virtual mobility phase and continued after the end of the project.

Based on a long-term mobility with virtual parts between Munich and Valencia, the idea of the French partners of a weather station, built by Italian and French students, was developed with a lot of input about virtual mobility from Italy. The technical content and drawings as well as the necessary English vocabulary were taught in moodle courses. Two groups of students from Italy and France each spent ten days at the partner school, constructing and assembling the mount, installing measuring instruments and programming a website on which the weather data in Chioggia and Clichy can be observed. The entire project, both the theoretical aspects of the implementation and monitoring, as well as the concrete contents and a documentation of the mobilities carried out, were published via the platform 'taskcards'. In addition, an INEU mobility took place via the KA1 contracts of the German and Spanish schools, in the context of which a transportable grill was built by the participants. There was also a request for an exchange from a school in Montagnana/Italy, which already took place at the beginning of this year.
