Objectives

THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES WERE PURSUED WITH THE PROJECT: O1: DIGITISATION OF TRAINING CONTENT (PRIORITIES DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, DIGITAL CONTENT) - DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL MODULES (LEARNING VIDEOS) FOR SELECTED LEARNING CONTENT IN THE TRAINING OF TAILORS/FASHION DESIGNERS, WHICH ENABLE DISTANCE LEARNING. THIS MEANS THAT VOCATIONAL STUDENTS CAN LEARN INDEPENDENTLY OF TIME AND PLACE. O2: INTEGRATING SUSTAINABILITY INTO VET (PRIORITIES GREEN SKILLS, CONTRIBUTION TO INNOVATION IN VET) - ACCORDING TO THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS OF THE UNITED NATIONS, THE PROJECT CONTRIBUTES TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF 'QUALITY EDUCATION'. ACCORDINGLY, DIGITAL LEARNING MODULES WERE CREATED IN WHICH THE TOPIC OF SUSTAINABILITY FLOWS HOLISTICALLY INTO THE TRAINING OF FASHION DESIGNERS/CUSTOM TAILORS AND SHAPES THE FUTURE VIABILITY OF THE PROFESSION. O3: RAISING AWARENESS OF THE TOPIC 'REQUIREMENTS AND SUSTAINABILITY OF THE PROFESSION (PRIORITIES 'ADAPTING LABOUR MARKET NEEDS TO VET, COOPERATION BETWEEN VET AND SME) - THE FOCUS HERE WAS ON FINDING OUT INFORMATION FROM COMPANIES IN THE TEXTILE/LEATHER/FASHION INDUSTRY. THE AIM WAS TO SHOW APPRENTICES, PROSPECTIVE YOUNG SKILLED WORKERS THE REQUIREMENTS AND FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES OF THE PROFESSION.
