▶Objectives
TG 1: Low-skilled women with refugee/migration backgrounds are empowered through tailored digital education (product 1: IO1 basic module, IO2 advanced module), enhancing their employability. A parallel program for children engagement (IO3 family module) enhanced motivation. TG 2: Identified mentor profile and individuals interested in supporting the TG 1 as volunteer "Senior Experts" via guiding, facilitating of motivation, self-confidence and challenges. Products Sustainability: Qualification modules are accessible in national languages of partners online (https://familylearning.eu/) and will be maintained by partners and expanded through their collaboration networks. In order to ensure the implementation of the qualification modules at a high level, a seminar for the future users and dissemination events (product IO3) were held, a learning guide (product IO2) with a toolkit (product IO2) for implementation was developed and tested. A separate set of materials on MINT experimenting for children to get acquainted with science (children module) is offered. Networking: While piloting provider networks were established and international collaboration encouraged for ongoing program optimization and reusability of the products.
