โ–ถObjectives

The objective of the ADA project is to address gender inequality in entrepreneurship by empowering women, particularly in the digital economy. The project aims to bridge the existing gender gap by providing women with the necessary competences to succeed in business, fostering greater inclusivity and equal opportunities in digital entrepreneurship. By focusing on upskilling and reskilling women, the ADA project seeks to enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities, particularly in areas driven or enabled by digital technology. Special attention is given to women from diverse backgrounds, including immigrant women, to promote their inclusion in the economic and entrepreneurial landscape. The project aims to create flexible and tailored learning opportunities that accommodate the particular needs of adult women, facilitating their professional development and encouraging them to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. It also seeks to foster a supportive ecosystem for women entrepreneurs, promoting collaboration, networking, and knowledge-sharing, while helping them adapt to the demands of an increasingly digitalized economy.
