โ–ถSummary

The Consortium applied for the "Raise Your Voice" project to address the growing demand for advanced communication skills, particularly in public speaking, due to the increasing shift to online interactions in the modern world. The COVID-19 pandemic further emphasized the importance of these skills as remote working became prevalent. Our project aimed to support young adults, including those not in employment, education, or training (NEETs), by enhancing their communication and entrepreneurial abilities, with a particular focus on public speaking competences. We recognized the urgent need to provide them with skills that would improve their employability in an increasingly competitive job market. By developing an innovative methodology grounded in non-formal education principles, we aimed to equip, firstly adult education trainers with specific competences on how to deliver trainings addtressed to young adults using NFE methodologies applied to public speaking skills; secondly, providing young adults with the necessary skills for success in job market. The high unemployment rates across Europe underscored the importance of our intervention.
