▶Objectives
The assumption is that SMEs, particularly their leaders, need a solid foundation of knowledge, along with the appropriate skills and tools, to understand, plan, and implement CE principles within their companies. Additionally, VET institutions, as multipliers and knowledge providers, require ready-made learning and training resources to attract more SME leaders and support the transition through education. Given the crucial role of SME leaders in driving change and realigning processes, this partnership is focused primarily on SME managers and leaders. The L2C project has identified and pursued the following main objectives: -Encourage SME leaders to develop CE Policies and Implementation Action Plans: Support SME leaders in creating CE strategies and action plans for their organisations, setting an example for other SMEs. -Develop competencies of SME leaders for a successful transition to CE: Equip SME leaders with the necessary skills and promote their development as sustainability change agents. -Provide VET providers with ready-made learning structures and tools: Enable Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers to adapt their training programs to meet the specific needs of SME leaders/ staff in sustainable development
