▶Objectives
By implementing the EMEU4C, we aimed to enhance VET by fostering collaboration between educational institutions and industry partners, ensuring our curriculum met labor market needs and improved student employability. We also promoted international cooperation and the exchange of best practices, creating a network of European VET institutions to share innovative teaching methods and resources. This collaboration enriched the educational experience for students and staff, fostering continuous improvement and professional development. We integrated new pedagogical approaches and digital tools into our teaching practices, making education more engaging and effective. This innovation enhanced student motivation, participation, and learning outcomes. Additionally, we increased mobility opportunities for students and staff through international exchanges and internships, providing valuable real-world experience and a broader perspective on their fields of study. This exposure boosted their confidence, cultural awareness, and readiness for the global job market. Ultimately, our goal was to create a dynamic, responsive, and inclusive educational environment to better prepare students for future challenges and opportunities.
▶Activities
1. ECVET: This training ensured that the learning outcomes of Virtual Activities (VAs) and Study Modules (SMs) were clearly described, evaluated, and validated. 2. Development of Project Results: The project focuses on developing VAs and physical SMs. The involved staff are well-versed in the expected result formats. Teams will maintain regular contact between work conferences to discuss project progress and final results. During the four work meetings, partners have assessed if format adjustments are needed and determine how activities will be presented on the website, addressing new tasks as they arise. 3. Evaluation of Project Results: Both students and staff have evaluated the project outcomes. The EMEU partner network already offers VAs and SMs online throughout the year (see modules: EMEU Modules). Each partner organization is experienced in selecting students and managing outgoing and incoming mobility. Unlike previous projects, this initiative emphasizes cooperation between multiple teams at the same partner college and with industrial partners. 4. ECVET II: The ECVET trainer have analysed the developed results to ensure the validity of the learning outcome descriptions. If necessary, additional training or follow-up activities has been provided for teams that have not yet met the ECVET criteria. 5. Online Offering of VAs and SMs: All partners are familiar with the procedures for offering activities online to their partners. The EMEU website will serve as the central hub for all project details, including virtual activities, study modules, manuals, and the number of participating students.
