▶Objectives
The overall goal of the DISCOVERY TRAIL project was to address biodiversity and climate challenge topics by fostering better understanding of complex systems in students, but first their teachers and non-formal education specialists. The more specific objectives of the project were: (1) enhance educators and students understanding of biodiversity and climate change; (2) train teachers and non-formal education specialists in using digital outdoor learning tools meaningfully with an example of using Avasturada tool, (3) build networks among environmental educators (teachers and non-formal education specialists), and (4) develop multilingual supportive educational materials.
