By implementing the project, we aimed to democratize access to space education and reduce disparities in technical, human, and financial resources among European countries. Our goal was to empower students—especially from remote, rural, and underserved communities—by leveraging space-based technologies to enable inclusive, accessible, and inspiring education. We sought to stimulate curiosity, enhance STEM literacy, and promote gender equality by using space as a unifying and motivating context for teaching and learning. Through a strong international consortium of experienced and emerging institutions, we developed multidisciplinary methods and created virtual learning environments, allowing students to collaborate across borders. We intended to raise awareness of the EU’s space programme, prepare students for careers in the growing European space sector, and deliver adaptable teaching materials that could reshape space education at all levels. Ultimately, we wanted to make space science a reality for all, not a privilege for a few.
