Objectives

The Erasmus project's main objective was to create a stress-free environment that promotes the learning and integrated development of students and young people in general. The project therefore aimed to study teacher burnout and ways of dealing with it. A literature survey was carried out in each of the partner countries (Greece, Lithuania, Italy, Georgia, Greece and Norway) and some insights and practices were presented. A common questionnaire was used to study burnout in each country. This was followed by the creation of Guides for teachers. At the same time it focused on improving digital learning and using new pedagogical ideas in schools to enhance the educational work. Each country proposed teaching scenarios with new ideas and digital tools to make learning and student engagement more appealing. In cooperation with the students, we selected two scenarios that were implemented online on the etwinning platform.
