The main goal of this project was meeting the socio-educational needs of the immigrant group in social exclusion, with the adoption of innovative practices that respond to the shortcomings of their socio-family context, psychosocial or curricular, and that are attended by organizations of formal and non-formal education. We intended to develop new approaches to deal with social, ethnic, linguistic and cultural diversity in multiple contexts. Consequently, the aim of Hope for all project was to improve professional skills of the staff working in the education field with migrants (whether they are volunteers or workers), especially young professionals with less experience. Working with organizations from Slovenia and Greece was a great opportunity to understand the dynamics of social inclusion that are used in other contexts of the European Union, having different approaches to face a common problem. We have tried to generate cooperative knowledge regarding the intervention of the group of migrants, on the one hand through transnational meetings and on the other through joint work on an intervention guide generated from the methodological vision of each of the participating organizations.

Among the activities proposed within the framework of this cooperative project carried out, we highlight the partial drafting of a guide on prevention and intervention models with migrants in social exclusion, as well as the holding of a transnational meeting in Tenerife to exchange experiences, learn about the specific work environments of each entity and advance in said guide. Said meeting went as planned and the entities were able to observe the work of Alis and other public and private entities working with migrants in the island. The project faced some challenges due linguistic barriers and other circunstances, but until its end, progress was made as planned. The main activities of the project have been transnational meetings, called "Migrant Voices". These are meetings that serve as stages in the development of the results of cooperative work in the project. During the execution, the joint work has focused on the elaboration of an intervention guide with migrants, which has been developed with videoconferences and with a transnational meeting in Tenerife. The two remaining meetings could not be held due to the cancellation of the agreement by Alis.

The project that was proposed aimed to improve the socio-educational situation of migrants in situations of exclusion through cooperation with other entities. However, the project was not fully carried out due to some circumstances that impeded its execution. Nevertheless, actions were started as planned, such as the organization and realization of the first transnational meeting, the exchange of good practices and the drafting of the first sections of the guide. However, the expected final results have not been achieved, such as the creation of a collaboration network and the elaboration and publication of the guide. Nevertheless, it is considered that the participating entities benefited from the meetings held, both virtual and face-to-face, since we were able to learn about other forms of work and other educational realities. So these meetings, in fact, met our expectations. We can say that the project has been executed by 33%, since a third of what was established in the project has been carried out. The decision to suspend the execution has not been easy, but given the lack of cooperation of the partner organizations in meeting the objectives, the responsibility for the funds received is a maximum of this organization.
