- Facilitate the learning of professionals by sharing good practices for working with young people who come from early school leavers and vulnerable social and educational contexts. - Support the young participants in the acquisition of results of learning (knowledge, skills and competencies) with a view to improving their personal development, participation as active citizens in society and their employability in the labor market. - We propose the exchange of similar experiences in the focus (Second Chance Schools) at the same time with diverse and different themes deeply rooted in the territory and whose common purpose is to improve the lives of young people with few opportunities.

1. Two meetings between professionals from the two organizations: first meeting in Madrid (Spain) and a second meeting in Oporto (Portugal) 2. Training of 10 professionals from the two Second Chance Schools. Online and in-person Training Course on working methodologies with young people from vulnerable contexts. 3. Preparation and dissemination of a good practices guide for the Second Chance Schools that participate in the project. 4. Project coordination meetings to ensure its implementation and application, with control and monitoring of results and correct application of the budget presented.
