Train members of the organizations and community members to ensure the systematic implementation of the strategy through inclusive education, enabling them to make the most of natural spaces in their professional activities. Raise awareness about the importance of sports and a healthy lifestyle in ecotourism activities to address economic and social challenges. Provide entrepreneurship and language tools to facilitate access to the job market, involving key community stakeholders who support the project and share their knowledge. Develop outdoor learning activities for their tourist promotion and environmental protection, assessing the real potential of natural spaces, identifying over 400 "Marae" sites on land to restore, as well as marine areas with their marine biodiversity.
