LIDERAZGO ESCOLAR, AUTOEVALUCIÓN DE CENTROS Y EFICACIA DOCENTE
▶Summary
This project arises from the lack of national educational research on school leadership practices and teacher self-evaluation of our management teams. We have a deep-rooted organizational and pedagogical individualism that prevents us from sharing good practices and improving the management of our schools and, therefore, the quality of our teaching. This need to improve academic results, starting by promoting a change based on evidence-based learning is a good start to improve our educational systems, piloting through this project an unequivocal opportunity to self-evaluate not only as teachers, but also as managers of our schools.
▶Objectives
1. To promote an educational community linked to evidence-based learning. 2.To favor "pedagogical leadership" among management teams by providing them with a European dimension. 3.To disseminate good practices based on self-evaluation and formative feedback. 4.To know examples of good practices based on evidence. 5. Creating a professional learning community. 6.Training in European programs. 7. To broaden our educational vision, getting to know different educational realities including different areas (disadvantaged environments, educational needs, etc.). 8. Fostering the internationalization of schools, so that it expands to their students in the future, involving teachers and schools in the development of European projects.
