Hacia una educación inclusiva y de calidad: Retos y oportunidades del liderazgo escolar.

School management faces many challenges in the 21st century, to which is added the fact that in recent years schools have undergone a drastic change, having to adapt to a new irreversible panorama. In addition to positive changes, such as the increasing use of new methodologies and technologies, the situation caused by the pandemic has also emphasized the differences between the students. In this new educational context, the role of principals must adapt to a different scenario, facing new challenges and ensuring the inclusion and equity of all students in their schools, guaranteeing their chances of success. For this reason, we believed that the cooperation association that we proposed was necessary and pertinent in the current educational context, since this type of project promotes knowledge and the exchange of good practices between partner countries. The implementation of this association would mean an exchange of information about the school systems of the participating countries and the Management and leadership models, and the establishment of a network of contacts between European managers who too often do not know how principals work in neighboring countries.

- To promote inclusion and equality through school leadership, making use of digital tools and innovative methodologies. - To compare the educational systems of the participating European countries, visiting relevant educational centers to learn about and implement the most notable practices at an organizational, coexistence and curricular level. - To establish a comparison between the system of training, selection and evaluation of secondary school directors in the participating countries to obtain a shared model that highlights the best of each place with proven effectiveness. - To analyze and compare the functions of school management and the different models of school leadership that are followed in Europe. - To establish a European network of secondary school directors to promote learning among equals, enriching joint experience and disseminating proposals for improvement. - To share school organization models and methodological proposals. - To share good leadership practices that promote quality in the teaching/learning process. - To extend the use of new technologies to the field of management and school organization. - To analyze together the future challenges for school management.

Three face-to-face mobilities were carried out, with school principals from six to eight different European countries participating in each one. The first took place in April 2022 in Granada, and its title was "School Management in Europe: selection, training and evaluation". Presentations were made on this topic, and workshops and debates were carried out, while different schools were visited as examples of promotion of inclusion or quality education. The second. "Inclusion and quality: School Management in Europe and the challenges of the 21st centur", was held in Karditsa, Greece Presentations were made on how inclusion is promoted in the different participating countries, with emphasis on the situation in Greece (catering for refugee, immigrant, Roma students, etc.). The last mobility took place in Zwolle and Amsterdam (the Netherlands), and was called "School Management in Europe: New technologies and methodologies in school management." In this case, different schools were visited and we participated in the EDU Tech Europe Education and Technology Fair. In addition, project management videoconferences were held between the coordinators of the three associations to reinforce coordination and cooperation between them.
