The objectives developed in the project are: - To study the needs of soft competences demanded in transnational and international work environments and to adapt the existing methodology to the context of the Portuguese and transnational target audience. - To train and certify VET professionals in the new tool for competence diagnosis based on a competence training simulator. - Design a training certificate for VET professionals, based on the competence diagnosis tool through a virtual reality simulator and contrast it with the transnational reality through pilot training to test the tool adapted to the new context. - Create a transnational network of professionals in the diagnosis and development of soft skills in demand in the workplace and provide it with elements that make it dynamic and connect its members. - To provide a focus group in the training of soft skills through a story to simulate a workspace, to display the skills of the people involved and to observe and analyse their behaviour from professionals who see the experience from the outside.
