▶Objectives
The aim was to take advantage of the mutual strengths of both partners in the field of tourism education and to offer training modules that consider both the specificities of individual countries and common global needs. The comparison of the needs and reactions of workers to the knowledge presented in different countries was intended to complement the narrow local view of training needs with an international dimension and thus increase the quality of the content delivered.
▶Activities
DIH Tourism in the Czech Republic and AnySolution in Spain cooperate with many companies and institutions in the tourism industry. One of the hub's core activities is education. We continuously identify the needs of companies and entrepreneurs in this area and prepare training blocks and programmes. We also consider the changing market situation characterised by a shortage of skilled workers. The idea of this international cooperation is to enable us to compare the needs in the two markets, to take advantage of the mutually specific knowledge and expertise resulting from these differences and to use synergies to develop high-level educational content.
