Supporting migrants navigate essential services and labor market integration

The NAVI-MIG project was created with the purpose of contributing to the inclusion and integration of newly arrived immigrants in any European country, but especially in the countries where the partners have developed the project. Every year a large number of refugees and migrants arrive in Europe and specifically our country is one of the countries that receives more newly arrived migrants. Their adaptation and integration is very important for social and economic welfare, as they can somehow make up for the shortage of skilled labor, revitalize rural areas and slow down the aging of the population. It is also essential for their integration and for migrants to have access to available services and to know how to move around their new country. Although public services are supposed to be something that everyone can and should have easy access to, immigrants often face barriers such as language or lack of knowledge of how each country works. For this reason, the Navi mig project has been created to improve access to essential services, guiding and facilitating their integration, especially in the labor market, which can considerably improve the economy of these countries.

Navi project Mig aimed to facilitate the integration of newly arrived immigrants in Europe through an innovative approach, so that migrants can access services in a simple and digital way, among others. The project has sought to create tools and processes that allow migrants to integrate and learn how to move around in their new country of residence, learning about the functioning and situation of basic services and important issues when arriving in a new country (education, health, employment, visas, transportation, etc.). One of the project's objectives is to guide migrants in order to support them in their needs and ensure their integration. It also provides them with the necessary knowledge to gain access to the labour market. Provide tools and guidance to organisations, administrations and companies that work with migrants so that they can rely on them in their migrant integration processes. We have achieved these objectives by implementing each project outcome, thereby providing them with the tools to overcome the initial barriers they face when arriving in a new country. Navi project mig has helped immigrants by strengthening their autonomy and reducing barriers to integration, promoting a more inclusive society.

The Project has involved 8 partners from 7 different countries, who have collaborated in each of the activities we have developed. Both the online meetings and the transnational meetings, the creation of the project results, the multiplier events, the online LTTA, among others. 1. APP CREATION: The first major activity was the conceptualization and development of a mobile application, which included several critical steps. Initially, a thorough analysis of the needs of both users and stakeholders was carried out . This phase involved conducting surveys and interviews to identify the key functionalities that the App should offer. Once these needs were identified, content was created to respond to specific user demands, such as interactive tutorials, information guides and audiovisual resources. After creating this content, an exhaustive translation process into several languages was carried out, ensuring that the App was inclusive and accessible. mentoring program: 2. THE SECOND major activity was to design and implement a comprehensive mentoring program that would facilitate personalized guidance to participants. Planning involved defining the program's objectives, selecting qualified mentors, and establishing a schedule of regular interaction between mentors and mentees . Specific tools and materials were designed to guide the mentoring sessions, ensuring that they were consistent with participants' professional and personal development goals. 3. DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRAINING MODULESD: The third major activity was the development of the training modules, which included a combination of learning materials such as videos, written articles, practical activities and assessments. To design these modules, detailed research was conducted on best practices, in order to create an effective and engaging learning experience. Each module was created with a user-centered approach, ensuring that the content was understandable and applicable to people of different skill and experience levels. After the modules were developed, a meticulous process of translation into several languages was carried out, ensuring that not only the language, but also the cultural references and examples were understood by all participants. 4. CREATION OF THE ONLINE PLATFORM: The fourth activity was the development of an online platform that would serve as the central hub for accessing training resources and interacting with the contents of the App and the mentoring program. The platform was designed to be intuitive and accessible, with a modern and easy user interface compatible with multiple devices and operating systems. Interactive features were implemented, such as discussion forums, live chats, among others. The platform was also set up to host the training modules, allowing participants to progress at their own pace and monitor their progress through a tracking system by tutors in each country. As with the other activities, the platform was fully translated into several languages, ensuring that users from different countries could access the content and fully participate in the training activities. 5. PROJECT MANUAL: Finally, all the processes and guides were compiled to replicate the project and be able to use the developed tools, both for migrants and for organizations, administrations and other institutions. In summary, each of these activities was essential to ensure a comprehensive and multilingual user experience, with a strong focus on accessibility, personalization and educational quality.

Regarding the concrete outputs of the project, all the results of the proposal have been successfully developed thanks to the good communication and predisposition of all the partners.
