Objectives

The main objective of this project is to train and empower secondary school teachers, offering them opportunities to improve their professional competencies and their role by learning new methodologies that will develop their skills in moderating open dialogue. The specific objectives to be achieved are: - To develop the digital competencies of secondary school educators and their abilities to facilitate dialogue. - To develop students' digital competencies and give voice to their thoughts, opinions and ideas on current social phenomena that trigger social exclusion. - To develop a comprehensive and integrated EU policy and practical guide to support the use of open dialogue by educators to improve the social inclusion of students

Impact

The project is composed of four outputs: R1: eDialogue Training Package for Educators; R2: e-Learning Platform&Open educational resources; R3: Collection of Activities for Young Learners; R4: EU Policy Recommendations guide: 'It's time to speak up!'. These four outputs contain resources and activities in line with what was promised in the proposal. Material project outputs include: a project plan; a project platform; a quality control plan; a dissemination and exploitation plan; six-monthly reports; evaluation reports; progress reports (interim) and a final report. Non-material results include: general awareness among the project partners of the project's objectives and themes; collaboration with the management teams, teachers and staff of the schools where the project has been implemented; intense work on the dissemination, promotion and exploitation of the project.
