▶Objectives
The 'Neurodiversity Power' project aims to foster a culture of inclusion for neurodiverse individuals in organizations by developing the right roles, environments, and leadership. Our goal is to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace. Five partners from four countries, including VET Centres (ACTA-Ro), Health Foundations (BOSEV-Tk), Innovative SMEs (Innowa-Es), HR consultants (CATRO-Bg), and NGOs specialized in Social and Economic Research (Weber Foundation-Es), collaborated strategically to: - Develop basic and transversal skills through a Handbook with methodologies, techniques, and tools for organizations. - Promote informal learning to build self-confidence, break barriers, and empower neurodiverse individuals. - Create a Curriculum program for HR managers and VET trainers with creative tools to enhance skills for working with neurodiverse individuals. - Develop guidelines for certifying organizations as inclusive, achieving the 'NeuroPower Quality Seal.' - Establish a NeuroPower Hub of VET trainers to increase visibility and ensure project sustainability.
