Objectives

The aim of EMO2C was to strengthen emotional and social competences of the target group, so that this personal empowerment served as a basis for the development of technical and professional skills. The sum of both would allow them to face their return to the labour market with more guarantees

Impact

TANGIBLE PROJECT RESULTS: * Identification and definition of the 12 essential social-emotional skills for teaching in E2C. * Training system for educators from a practical approach, but also with practical nuances on how to address these competences in the classroom. * Developed and tested self-assesment tool for students of E2C on social emotional skills. * A set of 48 practical training tools so that they can be implemented on and offline to reinforce and develop social and emotional skills among the target group. * Provided a sustainable valorisation of Results through 6 national multiplier events and through active engagement RESULTS RELATED TO MANAGEMENT: - Managing guidelines; - Reporting procedure and administrative guidelines; - 4 transnational meetings + meeting minutes. RESULTS RELATED TO MONITORING AND EVALUATION - Evaluation tools: meetings evaluation questionnaire, project progress questionnaire, Project Results evaluation tools and multiplier events evaluation questionnaire. - Evaluation Reports: mid-term and final evaluation report, Intellectual Outputs reports; - Project risks analysis. RESULTS RELATED TO SHARING AND PROMOTION - Project graphic design; - Social networks profiles; - Project website; - Project mailing list; - Newsletters; - Informative brochure; ADDITIONAL RESULTS FOR PARTNERS: * Raised capacity of partners and associated partners through expanded offer of their organizations with free of charge solutions available for customers and recipients; * Developed experience and potential of partners on a basis of international cooperation of diverse partners, experience exchange, mutual learning; * Closer cooperation between partners; * Reinforced image of partners as those which undertake innovative initiatives and promote innovative approach;
