The project directly addresses two challenges of the European Union. Firstly, it tackles the imperative need for the development of small rural communities, which are often sparsely populated and geographically distant from urban centers, lacking easy access to essential resources. Secondly, it aims to counteract rural exodus by implementing measures to stabilize rural populations and enhance the socioeconomic and cultural conditions of rural environments. Consequently, the objectives set forth at the outset of the project align closely with those successfully achieved: • Enhancing the quality and relevance of training activities within educational centers, thereby bolstering their capacity for transnational operations and fostering the internationalization of their endeavors. • Devising, implementing, and evaluating a digital mentoring process tailored for Vocational Education and Training (VET) students residing in rural areas of Europe. This process not only encourages active participation but also facilitates the development of fundamental skills. • Facilitating greater collaboration between VET educational institutions situated in rural locales and the business sector, thereby fostering collaborative initiatives that promote.

The project has executed a comprehensive array of activities, encompassing diverse initiatives, which have yielded the four anticipated outcomes: *PR1 is titled 'Digital practices. Since its inception, the project had meticulously outlined the achievement of four specific results, all of which have been successfully accomplished with a high degree of quality, utility, flexibility, diversity, and impact. These results are: - PR1 is titled 'Digital practices.
