DIGI ENERGY+ has the following main objectives: -CONTRIBUTE TO INCREASING EMPLOYABILITY and the inclusion of VET students as renewable energy technicians, with special support for students with special needs because they are students with few opportunities in terms of geographical, economic or cultural differences. -PROMOTE INNOVATIVE DIGITAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES IN VET by developing an open online course on renewable energy and an online educational portal, increasing the flexibility of VET opportunities. -ADAPTING VET TO THE NEEDS OF THE LABOUR MARKET DIGITALLY โ€“ SUPPORTING THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF VET TRAINERS AND MENTORS by offering an e-toolkit based on the new training, outline and material tailored to digital training needs. - CONTRIBUTE TO THE INCLUSION OF STUDENTS WITH FEW OPPORTUNITIES and promote inclusion and integration. -ENCOURAGE WOMEN TO OPT FOR THIS VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN ORDER TO BALANCE the percentage of students in this field of renewable energy technology so that they can quickly enter the European labour market.

The DIGI ENERGY+ project aims to transform the reality of the VET landscape in renewable energies with the results obtained from the SWOT analysis on the implementation of virtual environments in renewable energies as a publishable methodological guide; online training created and validated for VET teachers in the in-green learning module that improves teachers' digital skills and addresses gaps in this area; e-learning supports networking and collaboration among teachers, fostering collaboration and support between them on an ongoing basis; Structured digital in-green course. Throughout the course, the level of motivation of the students who have participated in the project has increased, you have enhanced their skills, their digital capabilities and inequalities in learning levels have been balanced. Educational portal for the development of digital competences of students and teachers on renewable energy training, 2 multiplier events, 4 local workshops on the evolution of vocational training in renewable energies and raising awareness by 20% in five European countries on the new approach to digital VET adapted to new learning needs.
