โ–ถSummary

The project aimed to address the challenges faced by young people in the digital age, particularly those from rural areas, migrant backgrounds, or with limited opportunities (referred to as "CAZE" in the project). These individuals often struggle to leverage their existing skills and knowledge in the modern digital marketplace. The project sought to equip them with the necessary entrepreneurial and digital skills to create and develop their own businesses, thereby fostering social inclusion and economic empowerment.

โ–ถObjectives

The project had several key objectives: Developing self-entrepreneurship capacity: The project aimed to empower young CAZE individuals to create sustainable and independent livelihoods through self-employment. Promoting social inclusion: By equipping CAZE youth with marketable skills and access to digital tools, the project sought to facilitate their integration into the EU labor market and broader society. Developing digital skills: The project aimed to enhance participants' digital literacy and proficiency in new technologies, particularly those relevant to e-commerce and online business. Enhancing organizational capacity: The project sought to strengthen the capacity of participating organizations to collaborate internationally and implement impactful projects.

โ–ถActivities

The project implementation included: - Preparatory online meetings for task distribution. - Formation of a steering committee to prepare initial program and resources. - Creation of the project website (https://cazeproject.eu/) and social media channels for communication. - Selection of participants and trainers for mobilities. - Organization of an international LTTA to develop a new training format. - Organization of 3 Transnational project meetings for follow up, motnitoring and collaboration. - Production of 3 intellectual outputs, including training formats, methodologies, video tutorials and podcasts. - Dissemination of project results through various channels. - Organization of Multiplier Events in partner's countries (both online and physical).

โ–ถImpact

The project produced the following concrete outputs and results: R1. Ethnicraft Training Format: A tested and validated educational format for teaching basic, transversal, and entrepreneurial skills, particularly in the craft field. R2. E-commerce Platform ("CAZE"): A multilingual, user-friendly e-commerce platform designed for young CAZE artisans to sell their products. R3. E-commerce Toolkit: A set of digital tools, including marketing and communication strategies and video tutorials, to support the use of the e-commerce platform. Additional: Blended Mobility Training is a training program that combined online and offline learning to enhance participants' digital, entrepreneurial, and soft skills. Multiplier Events: 10 events (7 physical and 3 Online) held in different countries to disseminate project results and raise awareness about the potential of CAZE youth. In addition to these concrete outputs, the project also resulted in increased self-esteem and self-confidence among participants, improved chances of social inclusion and integration, and the development of a broad network of contacts and potential business partners.
