The project sought to achieve several key objectives aimed at empowering young people and fostering a participatory culture: - Equip youth workers with innovative tools and methods for youth empowerment and professional development, enabling them to serve as multipliers and support young people in developing essential 21st-century skills. - Empower young people to take ownership of their personal and professional development, enabling them to design their own paths and futures. - Foster a designer's mindset characterized by optimism, creativity, and empathy, which can be applied in various contexts, including crisis situations, and cultivate a community-oriented entrepreneurial spirit. - Enhance critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation among young people by introducing them to the Design Thinking methodology and non-formal learning tools.
