Enable a common digital platform where teachers and staff can communicate, share ideas and exchange knowledge during and after the project period. To join digital workshops to strengthen digital competence and gain insight into which digital tools are available. Expert lectures on the use and usefulness of digital evaluation forms. We want all teachers to be able to gain an insight into how to critically evaluate and develop their activities. Study visit in Korsholm and Västerbotten to gain an insight into how to work across borders and exchange experiences regarding course activities. A final seminar with two invited guest speakers. We want participants from Korsholm and Västerbotten to get insight into both the Finnish and Swedish non formal adult education and free education systems.

We offered a total of 24 themed lectures in which 116 teachers participated. In addition, we offered 4 digital courses and 1 hybrid course in which a total of 44 people participated. A total of 23 teachers joined the common digital plattform. During the study visits, the teachers had the opportunity to learn from each other and jointly plan the digital courses for the municipality's residents. In the Kursbro courses, 44 people from Korsholm and Västerbotten participated and got to experience a unique course experience where communication and supervision took place via a digital platform. The theme of the final seminar was "Why is public education so important?". Two guest speakers gave a historical overview of the beginning of the public education movement and the challenges we face today, as well as how we can look forward. During the evaluation of the seminar, we have confirmed that it is possible to deliver hands-on courses remotely and that we will see an increase in digital and hybrid courses in the future. We also agreed that through skills development and various projects, we can strengthen the teachers' areas of competence and try things that the organizations' own IT support and administration cannot offer.
