The strengthening of our teacher’s international competences. The cooperation allows for a differentiated view of school and education. We get to know other school and organisational systems, we can compare them and adapt advantages to our system. This new partnership is a building block especially for students in the IT and business administration sectors. We create models and procedures for mobility and collaboration in the future. A concrete plan. Models for mobility procedures. Methods and models for collaboration. A plan for the next step - future cooperation and implementation or mobilities. With a procedural plan for the year 2022, we will have developed a concept for a promising cooperation that is satisfactory for both partners, with concrete real and virtual offers for teachers and students. This corresponds to our wish for longer-term cooperation. An enlarged European network. Create motivation to get European experience and knowledge, learn and work abroad. Participants gain an increased understanding and knowledge of the other participating country and the school system, something that will simplify future mobilities, as the threshold to participate will be lower and the culture clash lighter.
