All three partners have established role-playing conventions in their countries which have been running for many years. However, we have all identified the problem of getting young players into the community, especially girls and minorities. We needed activities that targeted the problem of a lack of diversity and we saw an opportunity to achieve this together through role-playing workshops that train relevant skills which benefit our target groups on many levels.
