▶Activities
The core idea of the SHOW-VET project was that the consortium of education providers and other partners develop a step-by-step model for smooth online working for VET providers which includes a teachers’ guide with pedagogical methods and training and other material. Developed material was used to train mentors and these trained mentors used the materials during the local mentoring processes. Teachers from selected study fields created new e-learning materials during the mentoring process. All the activities were implemented as planned: - teacher’s competence level was analysed, and current situation determined from the results of the situation analysis survey. - Kick-off meeting (TPM1) and other TPM’s supported the project implementation; - Smooth Online Working guide for teachers was created; - The impact survey was conducted; - The training material was created; - The mentor training was organised; - The local mentoring pilots were implemented; - The model for smooth online working for VET providers was created; - New e-learning material was produced for several study fields; - Multiplier events were organised.
