▶Objectives
This project aimed to enhance the flexibility and appeal of vocational education and training (VET) by making apprenticeships more cost-effective for employers and beneficial for students and society. Key objectives included: 1. Enhanced Knowledge: Implementing an online Apprenticeship Roadmap guide to increase understanding of apprenticeship systems across partner countries, promoting transparency and aligning apprentice skills with employer needs. 2. Improved Accessibility: Developing the VET-EAR Platform to enhance transparency and accessibility of apprenticeship information, facilitating easy access to resources and country-specific data. 3. Raised Awareness: Initiatives like the International Apprenticeship Day were designed to highlight international apprenticeship opportunities, increasing their appeal to employers, VET educators, and students across Europe. 4. Closer Collaboration: The project aimed to foster stronger collaboration between education and the labor market, supporting innovation in VET and providing international professional development opportunities. Through these efforts, the project sought to better align education with labor market needs and promote inclusiveness in apprenticeship programs.
