Objectives

We had 3 main objectives in implementing this project: 1) Understand how the teaching of PES and vocational education is organized in the countries participating in the project. 2) Evaluate and enhance the soft skills in PE classes and in vocational subjects of our students with fewer opportunities using an evaluation grid and thus promote their social inclusion and employability. 3) Propose new approaches to the acquisition, evaluation and enhancement of soft skills in favor of innovation in education and vocational training and its greater adaptation to the needs of the labor market. This contribution to innovation in VET takes the form of a report to inspectors and principals. By implementing this project, we therefore wanted to reflect together on how we can develop, evaluate and enhance the soft skills of our students with the least opportunities in order to improve their personal development and their employability in a world of work. which is changing very quickly and which is seeing many jobs disappear and new ones being created.
