Summary

Through this project, we wanted to respond to the needs identified in the field. *For the volunteer repairers and users identified as the project's target groups, we wanted to: - Identify the skills acquired and passed on in the experimental sites throughout their professional and personal careers. - To have a practical tool for highlighting skills that can be used throughout life. *For the managers and project leaders working in the experimental sites, identified as partners, we wanted to: - Equip them to support their beneficiaries. We believe we have met these needs through the Share Your SKILLS project and the creation of two tools: *A skills passport for the project's target groups and, more broadly, for anyone wishing to enhance their skills in their professional and personal careers. *A toolkit for supervisors, facilitators and, more broadly, trainers working with volunteer repairers, users and learners.
