Parcours vers l'emploi : découverte et apprentissage de l'économie sociale et durable pour l'employabilité

With APTE, we aimed to offer an innovative program leveraging the expertise of individuals and organizations with diverse skills. We designed a comprehensive journey that includes awareness workshops on sustainability, sessions focusing on skill identification, active involvement with an association for hands-on (Pro bono missions) experience, and facilitates interaction among job seekers through mentorship. APTE project aimed to address several needs related to the social and professional integration of jobseekers or people undergoing professional retraining. So we provided our participants with (1) knowledge about social, solidarity, and sustainable economics through theoretical workshops, (2) we helped them identify and become aware of their skills through practical engagements and pro bono missions (3)

Through this project, we aimed for young and low-skilled job seekers and those over 45 to: - Acquire knowledge about the social, solidarity and sustainable economy, - Identify and become aware of their skills, - Identify professions in the social, solidarity and sustainable economy and that this awakens vocations in some, - Feel useful and capable thanks to collective and individual pro bono missions (volunteering based on SKILLS also known as skills based sponsorship), - Mention/value this volunteering experience in their CV, motivation letter, during an interview or on Linkedin for example, - Be (more) open to exchanges with people of other generations, - Find a job in the months following the course or enroll in training to reorient themselves or develop other skills.

In order to guarantee the success of the project, we began the project with a needs analysis phase in each country (IO1). This phase allowed the organizations to build a specific support program to best meet the identified needs. Based on the analyse, each country was able to organize three promotions and run collective workshops, facilitate mentoring and carry out pro bono work (O2). More precisely, our program included : - Intergenerational reciprocal mentoring with the creation of pairs - Awareness-raising workshops on the social and sustainable economy (especially on the ecological and digital transition) - Awareness and skills identification workshops - Practical application through skills-based engagement missions (pro bono missions) To perfect our program, we have created a Booklet to support participants in acquiring their new skills. These experiences finally made it possible to produce a final guidebook to gather all the knowledge and good practices. In addition, we have developed a map of online mentoring players in Europe to complement the existing map of pro bono players and allow the identification of the organizations necessary to create partnerships and duplicate this project.

The concret outputs of the project were: -Report of a study carried out to understand the needs, desires and motivations of job seekers (IO1) -Report on the impact assessments carried out on beneficiaries after the pathway to employment in the short term - at the end of the pathway - and medium term (O2) -Guidebook detailing step-by-step pathway and recommendations for stakeholders wishing to create innovative pathways to employment (institutions that support jobseekers, mentoring and voluntary organisations) (O3) -Booklet listing the workshops on SSE, tools to deploy mentoring for employment and tools to implement pro bono with job seekers as volunteers (O3) associations and their projects discovered along the way, as well as the jobs they offer. -A mapping of mentoring actors in Europe aiding in the identification of organisations for partnership and replication (O3) Also, the main figures of the project are: -12 pathways carried out in 4 countries -107 participants -19 organizations helped by pro bono -51 new partnerships created during the project -48 mentoring pairs -47 participants would like to work in the SSE sector
