The main objective of this project is to develop a collaborative platform and methodology framework for innovation in teaching and learning, aiming to overcome geographical, linguistic, temporal, and social barriers while fostering inclusion and international cooperation. More specifically, our project aims to achieve the following objectives: - Address the integration needs of learning management systems and spaces for students and teachers from UNITA alliance institutions and future associated partners, thereby supporting collaborative digital learning environments. - Provide a unified framework to guide teachers through digital and pedagogical transformation in the creation or adaptation of learning resources and activities, eliminating barriers that limit international collaboration in teaching and learning. - Establish an international teaching and learning living lab for teachers and students within the UNITA alliance, as well as for the international community, facilitated by the co-design and co-production of courses focused on the transfer and multiplication of competencies in technical and pedagogical innovation, as well as priority subjects of the UNITA alliance.

To ensure effective management of the physical, human, and financial resources of the project, while integrating time constraints and the requirements of both national and international regulations, several design, implementation, and production activities were conducted using well-adapted methodologies. These were aimed at achieving the project objectives and developing the product results. Activities related to the development of an open-source integration platform, as well as the methodological and pedagogical model framework, involved the collaboration of design and development teams from the six institutions. These activities comprised four main stages: - Inception Stage: Identification of the context, specification of needs, and assessment of available resources. - Elaboration Stage: Incremental design of solutions and development of prototypes, enabling validation by project members to ensure that the design met needs and constraints. - Construction Stage: Development of solutions in an iterative and incremental manner, including evaluation and continuous improvement phases. - Transition Stage: Implementation of support tools, maintenance, and evolution of product results to ensure sustainability and ongoing improvement. A second set of activities, framed within an agile methodology better suited for small working groups and shorter development cycles, was applied to guide the design and implementation of multiple course series. This methodology was driven by a list of requirements for each course, specified as expected learning outcomes. Iterations took place between teachers and technical-pedagogical referents to progressively create content using the CONNECT-UNITA platform and framework.
