The main operational objective was to feed into the research being carried out on the well-being of newborn babies in neonatology departments and, thanks to the support of the French hospital centre Yves Le Foll in Saint-Brieuc, to extend the debate to two partner countries, with the participation of two similar establishments in Spain and Italy, each linked to a Spanish and Italian neonatology department. In addition, the issue of gender in the neonatology department and in scientific studies was the subject of a second objective, which was to raise questions on the subject through the production of a video. Finally, the sharing and necessary internationalisation of productions meant that the work of others had to be made accessible in all countries.

We carried out several activities: Creating a module for capturing sound and light waves. Initially, the idea was to build a single box. This proved difficult to achieve, as there were so many different approaches to the design engineering and teaching involved. So each group built its own box, based on an initial international consultation. Then, at each meeting, there was pooling and consultation. The production of a video on gender equality in scientific studies. This was the subject of consensus and national work prior to the second group trip to Modena. Finally, during this mobility, the script was validated by the international group, then the filming was carried out. Finally, each box has a user manual that has been translated into the main languages (French, Italian, Spanish and English).
