Objectives

We aimed to inspire teachers to integrate technology into their teaching, particularly in STEM subjects, using a norm-reflective approach. This means being aware of and challenging the norms they reinforce through their language, actions, and teaching methods. By providing relatable role models and inclusive practices, we sought to ensure that all students, regardless of gender or sociocultural background, feel engaged and included in their learning. The goal was to develop teachers’ digital competences and promote diversity in the STEM sector, creating a more inclusive and dynamic educational environment.
