Objectives

OBJECTIVES: 1. promoting inter-cultural dialogue between different countries and socio-cultural categories 2. reducing violence, school dropout and inequality by promoting values such as tolerance and acceptance 3. actively involving students in activities that presuppose working in multicultural teams. 4. discouraging the tendency to stereotyping and prejudice based on isolated cases of misbehaviour. 5. enhancing the quality of the relationship among students of different cultural backgrounds and develop their social and communication skills 6. teaching social responsibility, which implies not only helping children become more conscious of the world around them, but also making them better understand themselves and people around them. If this is achieved, schools will evolve and become a place in which mutual support and inclusion are not an exception, but rather the norm. 7. participating in debates which help them developing skills, less represented in schools and formal education, – articulation, way of expression, freedom of thought, holding their ground. 8.Increasing pupils' ability to deal with negative online issues including cyber bullying and grooming by adults.
