Objectives

The main objective was to adopt organizations to post-pandemic remote/hybrid work by strengthening their ability to adapt to flexible environments. More specifically, we aimed to: -Facilitate the transition to flexible work modes with a structured learning pathway. -Enhance soft skills with online training tailored to needs, focusing on behavioral, social, and communication skills. -Engage key stakeholders: employees, HR managers, professionals in continuous vocational training, and local institutions. -Improve employees' quality of life by providing time management tools, better communication, and enhanced work modalities.

Activities

Within the framework of the NWC project, the following activities were implemented: • Development of specific outcomes (R1 to R5): • R1: Development of a training program for employees and managers. • R2: Creation of a team management guide. • R3: Compilation of case studies illustrating best practices. • R4: Establishment of an online learning platform and awarding of badges for learning recognition. • R5: Drafting of a strategic document including national analysis and research in the field of remote and hybrid work practices, along with recommendations for institutions and stakeholders, following the project implementation. • Dissemination and valorization of outcomes: • Organization of 7 national conferences to present project results and promote their sustainable use. • Implementation of the project during the testing phase with stakeholders to adjust project outcomes to the specific needs of target groups. • Project management and quality assurance: Implementation of project management and quality activities throughout the project lifecycle to support the achievement of objectives and delivery of planned outcomes.

Impact

The NWC project has generated 5 results/tools: -Innovative training guide for adapting to smart remote work (PR2). -Comprehensive training to support efficiency and social connections (PR1). -Training materials with case studies (PR3). -Free toolkit to enhance online skills (PR4). -Strategic document based on research and testing phase (PR5). -The project aims to attract new talents and train employees for sustainability and efficiency, promote digital and behavioral skills. -Collaboration of seven European partners over two years, involving 20 trainers and 70 trainees.
