▶Impact
●Development of the E4F OER Platform (PR1): This platform, available in five languages (EN, FR, IT, SI, ES), hosted all PRs (PR2, 3, 4) and served as a hub for promotion, knowledge dissemination, and networking. The OER platform was specifically tailored to the needs of female entrepreneurs, export management consultants, international trade agencies, internationalization experts, public authorities, national/regional business support points, non-formal VET institutions, and other interested users. To ensure sustainability and lasting impact, maintenance and content updates for the OER platform were conducted for an additional three years after the official project completion. ●In-Depth Desk Research on Internationalization Dynamics (PR2): This research focused on the dynamics, challenges, and international trade opportunities for female entrepreneurs and female-led businesses. The research was conducted in the national contexts of each partner involved (no BE as IHF operates at pan-european and transnational level) and at a European level. Key findings were synthesized and presented in a formal executive document, highlighting main findings from all research and analysis conducted by partners.. The objective was to identify challenges, opportunities, inhibitors, etc. to internationalisation pathways for female-led small enterprises and most importantly, training areas of interest to enhance and strengthen knowledge, skills and overall attitudes in the filed of business and export ● Development and Translation of an Online Toolkit (PR3): This toolkit comprised training content, operational tools, case studies, guidelines, best practices, and a glossary structured around four main themes: “Strategies for Internationalization,” 'E-commerce and International Digital Marketing,' 'Social Selling,' and 'Sociological and Cultural Aspects of Extra-EU Export.' Delivery of the training content took place in the partners' respective contexts to test and validate the relevance and pedagogical legitimacy of learning objectives and learning outcomes, ease of use, accessibility of the material ● Development of Public Policy Upscaling and Training Uptake Guidelines (PR4): These guidelines served as tools for public administrations and other professionals in the domain of entrepreneurial VET to enhance, from a perspective of policy and practice, local, national, and international competitiveness and the growth of female-led businesses beyond the EU. They also facilitated the sustainability of the project by promoting project results (from PR1 to PR3) beyond the project's temporal limits.
