▶Objectives
The project aimed to achieve the following objectives: - To improve the knowledge, skills and capacities of all organisations operating in the tourism sector (MSMEs, tourist guides, public and private organisations, DMOs, Chambers of Commerce, etc) in the field of accessibility to nature and adventure tourism and outdoor activities. Provide tailor-made training opportunities in accessible tourism and accessible digital marketing. - To contribute to the adaptation of the Vocational Education & Training system to the requirements of the labour market, generating opportunities for growth and employment. For indirect target groups such as associations for the inclusion of people with disabilities and people with disabilities themselves, to promote autonomy and improve accessibility in tourism. For the participating organisations, the project aimed to contribute to improving: -knowledge and skills to better support tourism professionals in adopting accessible and inclusive processes, services and products -project management and intercultural and problem-solving skills.
