▶Objectives
Our project has been a skills accelerator which has been sustained by an individual and collective pathway. Thanks to this programme, participants are able to: - Develop personal creative skills (through exercises, workshops, routines) - Understand and overcome the obstacles to stimulating creativity (through theoretical and practical input) - Solve problems creatively (using tools and methods) - Putting idea generation tools into practice (by running workshops with their young public and having tested them themselves to generate new project ideas) - discovering and using tools to sort and select ideas. The cross-disciplinary work was based on real-life situations involving participants and partners. This was punctuated by a number of practical exercises, designed to help participants develop lasting creativity reflexes. The aim was also to demonstrate an experimental approach: There was an alternation of individual and collective practical experimentation, exchanges and theoretical input. Each partner was responsible for co-constructing the training programme for the participants.
