Škola tradicijskog pjevanja: Zapjevajmo kako su nas učili za odrasle
▶Summary
The project was designed because during the successful multi-year implementation of the program "Zakantajmo kako su vadili / Let's sing as we were taught", intended mainly for primary schools pupils of the older grades of elementary schools, thanks to frequent inquiries from adults whether they could attend that educational classes and workshops, we realised that there exists the need and great interest in this type of education among the adult population. The interest is not surprising, since organized teaching of adults, whose aim and purpose is the acquisition of knowledge and skills, but also the discovery and adoption of the legality necessary to preserve the traditional way of singing, almost does not exist at all in any of the partner countries. Namely, during the joint development of the project application, knowledge was confirmed about almost equal opportunities in all participating partner countries, when it comes to the lack of systematic acquisition of knowledge and skills organized for adults with the purpose of preserving, improving and promoting the traditional way of singing, especially that of klapa way of singing.
