The general and long-term goal of the FFF-M project was to create a competent teacher and mentor for employers with broad views on the profession. The goals for achieving this long-term goal were: - to systematize the competencies of teachers and mentors at employers - develop training modules for teachers and mentors at employers - create a guide through the modular training of teachers and mentors at employers - raise awareness of care for the environment, climate change - raise awareness of the importance of using biodegradable materials, waste disposal and recycling - create interactive content - develop a new digital tool for communication, monitoring and evaluation in the student/teacher/mentor triangle

Activities of the FFF-M project: - 3 planned LTT activities - 5 planned live transnational project meetings - 1 extra TPM in Sweden - receiving diplomas for the master's exam by the Swedish Chamber of Crafts - 3 events with multiplying live action - 3 online events with multiplying live action - 16 hangout meetings - 2 meetings with teachers in live - dissemination activities in partner countries - various workshops, lectures, meetings at local, regional and national level

There are three concrete results of the project that are published on the project website with simple and free access for all interested parties. All results were translated into Croatian, Italian, Slovenian, Serbian and Swedish. 1. Guide to the modular training of teachers and mentors at employers according to FlorCert, which contains modules with the necessary learning outcomes 2. Interactive content and sustainable development content to supplement existing educational content for the floristry profession - videos with short content, educational content with current topics and associated tasks 3. App florist tools - development of a new tool adapted to the floristry profession prepared for better communication, monitoring and evaluation in the student / teacher / mentor triangle Project participants adopted new soft, social competences, perfected their knowledge of the English language, improved and strengthened ties between partners and strengthened cooperation for new projects in the future, gained self-confidence, improved professional knowledge and skills, developed social and intercultural competences, critical thinking, developed new ICT competences and thus contribute to a better digitization of the learning process.
