▶Objectives
The project boosted the capacities of partner organizations in social entrepreneurship education for youth, both online and offline. The key goal was to develop the Impact Entrepreneurship Methodology, which includes online tools for young entrepreneurs, instructional manuals for youth workers, and training activities for effective methodology implementation. Objectives: 1. Enhancing digital competencies of partner organizations through the design, upload, and management of online tools. 2. Developing skills of youth workers in Non-Formal Education (NFE) for both online and offline settings, including the creation of NFE activities and manuals detailing the methodology. 3. Creating a new, accessible methodology for Social Entrepreneurship (SE) education, involving partners from education, youth, and business sectors, basing it on scientific research, incorporating NFE methods, and making it applicable across various environments and levels. 4. Developing entrepreneurship competence in young people by creating an educational program to assist and support them in developing their SE ideas.
▶Activities
The project includes several key activities to achieve its objectives: - Four transnational project meetings to outline deadlines, set milestones, assign roles and responsibilities, strategize dissemination, and evaluate progress. - Regular project management activities, conducted monthly or quarterly through online video conferencing, focusing on managing the partnership, developing organizational capacities, and advancing project outcomes. - The development of four distinct project results, with each partner leading one based on their expertise. - Dissemination activities that partners conducted throughout the project to spread awareness of the project and its results. - LTTA activity for youth workers from partner countries aimed at supporting the project's objectives, implementing the methodology effectively, and enhancing youth work capacities. - Monitoring and evaluation activities, including partnership evaluation, mid-term and final assessments of project results, and participant feedback. - Six multiplier events hosted by each partner in their respective communities, involving local, national, and international youth workers, policymakers, and stakeholders to broaden the project's impact.
▶Impact
The project delivers four key results designed to support young people and youth workers in developing entrepreneurial skills: 1) Shape It Up!: This interactive tool guides young people through forming their entrepreneurial ideas with questions covering market analysis, financial projections, target groups, competition analysis, etc. It's designed to suit an audience without previous knowledge about entrepreneurship. 2) Entrepreneurial Self-Awareness Inventory: An online questionnaire composed of a series of professional online psychological tests to support young people in assessing their personality traits, abilities, and inclinations towards entrepreneurship. Completing this Inventory provides insights into their strengths and areas for development in entrepreneurial competence. 3) Impact Entrepreneurship Online Course: This course offers video lessons that provide the theoretical knowledge and practical examples needed to develop a social entrepreneurship idea. It covers topics outlined in the Shape it Up! Tool, offering context and explanations, but can also be used independently for those interested in just the theory or examples of shaping a social entrepreneurship (SE) idea. 4) NFE Methodology: This includes Non-Formal Education (NFE) methods and materials for youth workers to conduct workshops, supporting young people to transform business ideas into social entrepreneurial initiatives. The methodology is adaptable for workshops at local, national, and international levels, detailed in a PDF manual. All these results are accompanied by digital manuals for youth workers, providing instructions on their application in youth work.
