Our shared objectives were common European values: bringing together, making them stronger by joint projects, establishing long-term professional relationships and nurturing these between the participating partners, learning from each other by exchanging good practices and experiences. The most important objective of the international cooperation between the Hungarian coordinating organisation and its two consortium partners, was to allow adult education experts of the participating organisations to gain methodological knowledge and - more importantly - empirical experiences abroad that they can apply in their everyday work, to adopt and test the knowledge acquired and the good practices observed abroad and to pass them on to the adult learners attending their workshops at home.The objectives were set based on institutional needs. The teaching materials as tangible results, workshop experiences, visits, exchanges with other instructors and experience exchange - in addition to developing the basketry skills - also improved the participant’s activities as adult educators.
